Answer: 3 to 5 days for most of our stock, however if item is a special order it will take 4-6 weeks

2- How will I know if the item I want to buy is a special order?  

Answer: Contact us via live chat facility before you place your order, and we will be able to advice you accordingly.

3- Is live chat available 24 hours?

4- Will I have to pay for my delivery and fitting?

Answer: Orders over £900 is eligible for free delivery and fitting London & surrounding areas and up to £100 anywhere in England

5- Will I get my money back if my item arrives damaged?

Answer: We offer hassle free exchange or your money back if your item arrives damaged.

6- Will my purchase come with any warrantee?

Answer: We offer 1 year cover against manufacturing faults within 1 year excluding wear and tear.

your Product is covered against manufacturing faults on the legs, upholstery, springs, foam and fibre filling, recliner mechanisms and electronics.
